Josh's first field trip

Josh had his first field trip this last Friday, and he was SO excited!! He kept asking me everyday how many days he had left. I had volunteered to help out and I was so glad I did! I got to have 6 kids in our group and they were all so cute and excited! I only got to take a few pics before Josh took over the camera. He took lots and lots of pics, I will just post a few. We got to pick apples at Angle Orhcard, I have never been there before and it was awesome! We will definitely be going back!!

Willits

We had an unexpected last minute visit to Willits last week. Willey's step-brother passed away, so we got on the first flight we could and headed out there to be with his parents. We were only able to take Zack with us on such short notice, but he had his cousins from Alaska there to keep him entertained. It was a sad time but was so good to be able to see everyone. We haven't seen Willey's brother and sis-in-law for 6 years so that was great to get to know them!! I love that the coast is so close to Willey's home town, it was such a peaceful place to be reminded of the great beauty Heavenly Father made for us.

Really Fast but Really Fun!

This last week Willey had Fire-Fighter School (he is a volunteer fireman for Pima). They left Wednesday and would be home Sunday. My friend Jessica and I had been planning to go and surprise our husbands for a night. So we headed out Friday and made it to Mesa in a really fast time, (we don't have cruise control in the car, yes I am blaming that haha), so we went to the Visitors center for a bit, and then it was time to go and meet the boys at the hotel. We almost got caught when we were sneaking into the hotel, They were driving up right at the same moment! Jessi hid behind a Pillar and I ran and ducked behind a wall, then we booked it up to the 9th floor and waited on the balcony until we knew they were in their room. We knocked and boy were they surprised!! It was so awesome and fun!! We went to dinner and then a block party they put on for the families. We got to sleep in the next morning and then did some shopping. We were tired but had such a fun time. Can't wait until next year :)!

Miss Graham County Pageant

My baby sister was in the Miss Graham County Pageant this year, not wanting to win just to get a scholarship was her goal. This was the first pageant I have ever been to and it was LONG haha I was a nervous wreck watching her up on stage but she did so AWESOME!! Callie played the piano and sang, and she has one of the most beautiful voices ever!! She ended up getting 4th runner up and a year long scholarship to EA, goal accomplished. It was a fun night out with family and friends.

School Time

I couldn't find my camera cord, so these are a little late getting posted!! Josh and Ryan started school this year, Josh kindergarten and Ryan pre-school. Ryan was a little hesitant about going but his cousin is in class with him and that helped him warm up a bit. These were the only pics I could get of this silly boy!!

Josh started kindergarten this year and he was SO excited, until he met his teacher the night before the first day. He hid behind me the WHOLE time and wouldn't say anything. Then when we got in the car he said "Mom I changed my mind, I don't want to go to school anymore". haha SORRY?? But he was up at 5, yes 5 AM the next morning already dressed and ready to go asking if he could go out and wait for the bus. HAHA I love that kid!! He has been doing so great and is really loving it, especially eating in the cafeteria!! He came home the second day of school and excitedly told me that all you have to do is go in the cafeteria and they will give you breakfast!! I told him he already had eaten breakfast haha and he said "oh I was hungry still".

Im excited to see what this year will hold for the Biggs Boys!!

Our summer has been so much fun and I cannot believe how fast it has been going. We have been camping, and family reunions, t-ball and swim and just so much fun with cousins and friends. So I thought I would just post pictures of it all:

We have been so busy this summer I can't even believe how fast it is going! We have had lots of fun things going on and Im finally taking a few seconds to update my blog! I have to start with my Zachary. This kid is so shy except when he is in the comfort of his own home! We were packing and getting things ready to go on a family reunion and Josh and Ryan would not leave Zack alone, so he disappeared, and this is where I found him, in between the snack box and the water bottles on the counter, yes he is naked and yes that is a Book of Mormon (one of his obsessions). It was too cute I had to run and get the camera. The last picture he said he was trying to be like Josh haha.
