My Christmas Crafts

Im late also in posting my crafts that I got done for my home for the Holiday season! I think they turned out pretty cute!

A little late AGAIN

Again I apologize for the long windedness of my posts, I have to stop waiting So long to post things!!
I have been waiting for this day, Willey FINALLY graduated from his EMT class YAY!!! It has been a hard and long road and only 1 semester long! haha! Im a wimp I know but I didn't like the whole single parenting thing!! We also FINALLY had our family pictures taken after like 2 years!! haha I know Im a total slacker so here is just a peek at some of them:

My sister Marcie did these pictures and she did a GREAT job!! It was hard Zack wouldn't smile in ANY pics haha he just had a funny grin!! I will post more pics later. I love my cute little family and all their personalities that make my life so full and never dull!!

Turkey day and Zacks Birthday

SO behind!! We had such a GREAT thanksgiving. We started out with the Turkey Trot (LOVED IT), this was Willey's first year doing it and he did awesome!! I came in at 31:34 but can take 32 seconds off that cause I didn't get out the gate til it said 32 haha, Willey came in 36 minutes, which was great considering he only ran it once before the turkey trot. Then it was off to my parents for some turkey and great family time!! Willey had to leave early to do his clinicals at the ER for his EMT class (whole different blog haha). My sister-in-law and I decided to head to walmart (CRAZY) for just a few things, my mom and Jessie decided to join in on the fun also! So we stayed up until midnight and headed over there. Pure chaos, but we got in got what we went for and got out all within an hour!! It was so much fun and SO tiring!! But we had to get up and get ready for my baby to have his third birthday!! Zack is totally shy and clams up so we decided against having a house full of people, but still making it a great day for him. Jessie of course made his cake which turned out AMAZING!! Zack is this totally quiet and reserved kid, but when he opens up watch out!! He is SO funny and loving and just darn CUTE!! He hardly fusses over things kids would normally make into a big deal like doing his breathing treatments everyday, he just puts on his little mask turns it on himself and sits there. He also has started preschool already at Brighter day to help with his speech, and that has been weird having all three of my boys in school, but he loves it and is always saying now "my teacher says ..." its really funny. I am just so blessed to have Zachary in my life, he makes me stay sane with his adorable dimples and big smile! Love ya Zack!!

Party Time!!

WOW has it almost been another month since Ive posted? I seriously don't know how the days are going by SO fast!! Ok so we had Halloween, which was SO fun, we had some friends over from San Carlos and did the trunk or treating. Then we Celebrated Willey's 30th, YES I said 30th, birthday!! Love that Man!! He didn't want a party, just a pistol (such a guy). And then we celebrated Josh's 6th birthday!! We let him has his first friends only party and he invited I think about every boy from his class!! We had it at the Firestation and the boys were SO excited to hear all about what they do and to see all the firetrucks. It was such a fun night with 16 boys total!! Jessica Little made an AMAZING motorbike track cake which was awwed and ohhhed over all night! And it was delicious!! I just can't believe Josh is 6 already, he is just the most caring, sweet and fun loving kid ever!!

Im feeling Crafty

I am totally not the "crafty" type of person, but have been seeing all these adorable crafts all over so I figured why not? These pumpkins are my first crafts of the season (I know all you crafty gals are thinking um these are SO easy haha and yes they were), and it made me VERY excited to do more! 

OCTOBER

Ok, Im a slacker yet again! We have had so many fun things and I am just BARELY blogging about them!
We got a book called "Amelia Bedelias first Apple Pie", and at the end there was a recipe on how to make apple pies. Josh asked if we could please please please make some, I thought What the heck why not. It took SO long (I don't have an apple peeler) I made my own crust and everything, and of course I can't just follow the recipe exactly, but FINALLY we finished around 8:30 that night!! The boys had a blast and really loved making the pies but especially loved EATING the pies!

Zack has WHAT?

This cute, adorable and HUGE kid was born 4 weeks early, and still a whoppin 9 lbs 1 ounce, with his lungs not quite developed all the way. We knew that there would be a chance that he may have problems later but I never thought it would entail all that has happened. When Zack gets sick, it turns bad really fast and lasts REALLY long! We fought it last year from October until almost March and had to get a nebulizer and start on breathing treatments, and still he ended up getting pneumonia. So I knew that we would have to watch him closely this year but wasn't ready for it yet!! He got sick on Wednesday and by Thursday night he was really struggling to breathe. Willey is taking the EMT course and they had just happened to learn about respiratory system and could tell he was not doing good, so off to the ER they went. His oxygen levels were right on the border of being really bad, so they gave him steroids to help clear his lungs and after a few hours he came home. I had to take him into the DR Friday morning to have him tested for asthma and sure enough he's got asthma. So we have to head over to Tucson to the Pulimnary DR to see if we can't get it all under control. It is really miserable but he is such a trooper and sits through all of his breathing treatments as long as he gets to watch Caillou no matter what time of day or night it is.

Josh's first field trip

Josh had his first field trip this last Friday, and he was SO excited!! He kept asking me everyday how many days he had left. I had volunteered to help out and I was so glad I did! I got to have 6 kids in our group and they were all so cute and excited! I only got to take a few pics before Josh took over the camera. He took lots and lots of pics, I will just post a few. We got to pick apples at Angle Orhcard, I have never been there before and it was awesome! We will definitely be going back!!

Willits

We had an unexpected last minute visit to Willits last week. Willey's step-brother passed away, so we got on the first flight we could and headed out there to be with his parents. We were only able to take Zack with us on such short notice, but he had his cousins from Alaska there to keep him entertained. It was a sad time but was so good to be able to see everyone. We haven't seen Willey's brother and sis-in-law for 6 years so that was great to get to know them!! I love that the coast is so close to Willey's home town, it was such a peaceful place to be reminded of the great beauty Heavenly Father made for us.

Really Fast but Really Fun!

This last week Willey had Fire-Fighter School (he is a volunteer fireman for Pima). They left Wednesday and would be home Sunday. My friend Jessica and I had been planning to go and surprise our husbands for a night. So we headed out Friday and made it to Mesa in a really fast time, (we don't have cruise control in the car, yes I am blaming that haha), so we went to the Visitors center for a bit, and then it was time to go and meet the boys at the hotel. We almost got caught when we were sneaking into the hotel, They were driving up right at the same moment! Jessi hid behind a Pillar and I ran and ducked behind a wall, then we booked it up to the 9th floor and waited on the balcony until we knew they were in their room. We knocked and boy were they surprised!! It was so awesome and fun!! We went to dinner and then a block party they put on for the families. We got to sleep in the next morning and then did some shopping. We were tired but had such a fun time. Can't wait until next year :)!

Miss Graham County Pageant

My baby sister was in the Miss Graham County Pageant this year, not wanting to win just to get a scholarship was her goal. This was the first pageant I have ever been to and it was LONG haha I was a nervous wreck watching her up on stage but she did so AWESOME!! Callie played the piano and sang, and she has one of the most beautiful voices ever!! She ended up getting 4th runner up and a year long scholarship to EA, goal accomplished. It was a fun night out with family and friends.

School Time

I couldn't find my camera cord, so these are a little late getting posted!! Josh and Ryan started school this year, Josh kindergarten and Ryan pre-school. Ryan was a little hesitant about going but his cousin is in class with him and that helped him warm up a bit. These were the only pics I could get of this silly boy!!

Josh started kindergarten this year and he was SO excited, until he met his teacher the night before the first day. He hid behind me the WHOLE time and wouldn't say anything. Then when we got in the car he said "Mom I changed my mind, I don't want to go to school anymore". haha SORRY?? But he was up at 5, yes 5 AM the next morning already dressed and ready to go asking if he could go out and wait for the bus. HAHA I love that kid!! He has been doing so great and is really loving it, especially eating in the cafeteria!! He came home the second day of school and excitedly told me that all you have to do is go in the cafeteria and they will give you breakfast!! I told him he already had eaten breakfast haha and he said "oh I was hungry still".

Im excited to see what this year will hold for the Biggs Boys!!

Our summer has been so much fun and I cannot believe how fast it has been going. We have been camping, and family reunions, t-ball and swim and just so much fun with cousins and friends. So I thought I would just post pictures of it all:
